The New Orleans Hornets got a little lottery luck snatching the top overall selection away from the Charlotte Bobcats, keeping the trend of the worst team in the league not getting the top overall pick.
New Orleans jumping a head a few spots really doesn’t change the landscape of the 2012 draft too significantly, but it does mean the Hornets will have a new franchise player in Anthony Davis on June 28th.
