Michael Jordan sauce now selling for $10K

A hero ain’t nothing but a sandwich. And the bigger the hero, the more valuable the sandwich.

In 1992, McDonald’s offered a McJordan Burger.

The sandwich was a quarter-pound of beef along with chese, onion, pickles, barbecue sauce and bacon.

The dish came in limited markets making the secret sauce limited.

Jeremy Mikula of csnchicago.com reports that an entrepreneur is putting up a gallon of that sauce on eBay for $10,000.

Mikula points out that the sandwich should not be confused with the Beef Wennington (named after Bill) that had the same ingredients except it had Canadian bacon.

The jug of Jordan sauce has never been opened if that makes a difference in a 20-year-old product.
