The Trail Blazers are back in Portland after a four-game road trip, but two of their young guards were sent right back out on the road.
The team assigned Nolan Smith and Will Barton to the Idaho Stampede, Portland’s NBA Development League affiliate, for the Stampede’s games in the NBA D-League Showcase in Reno, Nev.
