Portland rookie guard Elliot Williams, who has missed the last seven games after a left shoulder injury, said he is probably headed for surgery. Either way, he is done for the season. “There’s a partial tear,” Williams said. “They said I could rehab it, but more than likely I’ll go ahead with surgery and get it taken care of.”
