Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game with the Golden State Warriors due to a left ankle sprain.
Aldridge suffered the injury during Tuesday’s game against the Washington Wizards when he landed on Trevor Booker’s foot less than two minutes into the first quarter.
Initial X-rays on his ankle came back negative.
Aldridge entered the game averaging 23.3 points and 8.6 rebounds for Portland.
