Bucks close to re-signing Ilyasova
Free agent forward Ersan Ilyasova is close to agreeing to a five-year, $45 million deal that will keep him with the Milwaukee Bucks, multiple media outlets reported Sunday.
No signings can become official until Wednesday.
Ilyasova, 25, is a 6-foot-9 power forward, but he was second in the league in 3-point percentage last season, at 45.5 percent.
He averaged 13 points and 8.8 rebounds for the Bucks, and he finished second to Orlando’s Ryan Anderson in the voting for Most Improved Player.
