Bulls’ Deng to miss time with wrist injury

Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng may be out for “a while,” according to the Chicago Sun-Times due to a left wrist injury. Deng showed up to Monday night’s game against the New Jersey Nets with his left wrist heavily bandaged and was forced to sit out.According to a team source, an MRI revealed ligament damage in his left wrist.Bulls’ coach Tom Thibodeau said on Monday that Deng is getting “multiple opinions” from various doctors to figure out his course of action and that he wasn’t sure if Deng would need surgery.The 26-year-old is averaging 15.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game this season for Chicago.
