Cavaliers’ Irving cleared to play Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers rookie guard Kyrie Irving practiced in full on Tuesday and has been cleared by doctors to return for Wednesday’s tilt with the Indiana Pacers.
The top overall pick of the draft, Irving has been sidelined for three games with a concussion.
Irving suffered the injury after hitting the knee of Miami guard Dwyane Wade. The 19-year-old Irving is averaging 18.0 points and 5.1 assists this season.
