Cavaliers sign G Harris to 10-day contract
The Cleveland Cavaliers signed guard Manny Harris to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.The move gives depth in the backcourt to a team that has recently dealt with injuries to shooting guard Anthony Parker and guard Daniel Gibson.Harris was named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Feb. 13-19, after averaging 41 points, nine rebounds and six assists in two games.The 22-year-old averaged 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in 54 games for the Cavaliers last season.
