Finally, for the first time in exactly one month, the Cavaliers will have their entire roster available Tuesday when they host the Toronto Raptors.

Dion Waiters returned to practice on Monday, as expected, and will play Tuesday for the first time in two weeks. He missed eight games with a sprained left ankle that took longer to heal than he expected, and now he and Kyrie Irving can reunite in their roles in this dynamic backcourt.

Cavs’ Head Coach Byron Scott would not say whether he’s starting or coming off the bench until pregame, but Waiters’ conditioning is fine. He said after practice on Monday he even surprised himself with how well he handled a rigorous practice.
