Ceballos comes through heart surgery

Former NBA player Cedric Ceballos is recovering in an Arizona hospital following surgery to remove a blood clot in a coronary artery.Ceballos came through the procedure “with flying colors,” according to publicist Crystal Guy. Ceballos was hospitalized after suffering a series of small heart attacks on Sunday.Doctors expect the 42-year-old to make a full recovery.Ceballos averaged 21.3 points per game over an 11-year career. He is known for winning the 1992 NBA Slam Dunk Contest with a blindfolded jam.
