The Boston Celtics have waived forwards Jarvis Vernado and Kris Joseph, according to multiple reports.
Varnado was signed from the NBDL on Dec. 24 and Joseph was the Celtics second round draft pick (No. 51) out of Syracuse.
Both players were waived ahead of the deadline for non-guaranteed contracts to be guaranteed for the rest of the season.
