While it wasn’t a pressing issue Friday at their practice facility, Clippers know that they probably should’ve opened the playoffs at Staples Center.
The Clippers finished a game behind Memphis for home-court advantage, losing their final two games of the season.
“We shot ourselves on the foot. We know it,” Kenyon Martin said. “The Phoenix game we were up sixteen; the San Antonio game we were up. At Cleveland. At New Jersey. That’s just been since I’ve been here.
“If we win any one of those games, we get home court.”
