“I just think the main thing is you know we lost a little bit of rhythm when Brook (Lopez) was out,” said (Avery) Johnson. “Then we came back and we wanted to take a look at Reggie (Evans) starting with Brook before we went back to (Kris) Humphries and get back to trying to play some of the type of basketball we played in November when we were becoming pretty good. That’s kind of my thought process.”

Humphries averaged 4.6 points and 4.0 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game over five consecutive games off the bench for Brooklyn.
