Frank: ‘I think we are coming together’
Before Sunday’s 98-77 loss to the Washington Wizards at the Palace, the Pistons had won four straight. And, according to coach Lawrence Frank, that win streak was no accident.
“I think we are building,” Frank said. “I don’t think we’ve arrived. But I think we are building. Tangibly, we’re not lucking into it.”
The Pistons ended a seven-game losing streak Feb. 3 against Milwaukee, then beat New Orleans, then New Jersey twice.
“I think our habits, I think we are getting better,” Frank said. “But obviously I’m not naïve enough to think that oh, yeah, we’ve got (all the answers). We have a long ways to go, but I think we are coming together some. But it’s still going to be a long process.”
