There was a lot of happiness and excitement at the news that the NBA and the players union had agreed to a new collective bargaining agreement early Saturday morning.
But Pistons shooting guard Ben Gordon was cautious about expressing too much joy.
“I’m just happy to hear that we came to an understanding,” Gordon said when reached by phone in New York. “We haven’t seen the exact details, so you can’t get too excited.”
