Granger Out with Sore Left Knee
Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger is out indefinitely because of a sore left knee.
The announcement comes one day before Indiana opens its season at Toronto, and losing the 6-foot-8 former All-Star could be a real blow. Granger led the Pacers in scoring (18.7 points) last season and has averaged 18.2 points and 5.2 rebounds in seven NBA seasons.
