Grizzlies Hope to Get Conley Back by Thursday
(Mike) Conley took the court to test his ability to run and cut about an hour before the game. Asked whether he’d play, Conley said: “Nah. I’m not feeling good. I don’t like it.”
The hope is that two additional days of treatment will allow Conley’s ankle to get stronger in time to play at Oklahoma City on Thursday night.
Conley suffered the injury Sunday early in the Grizzlies’ home loss to the New Orleans Hornets. He played just four minutes and later left the arena in a walking boot.
