The Grizzlies offered restricted free-agent forward Dante Cunningham a three-year contract today to replace Darrell Arthur, who was lost for the season with a torn right Achilles.

Cunningham, a 6-8 forward, played for the Charlotte Bobcats last season. Because Cunningham is restricted, Charlotte will have three days to match Memphis’ offer. The deal is guaranteed for two years with a team option for the third, according to a source with knowledge of the offer sheet.
