Miami HEAT Adding a Big Man?
The Miami Heat need to add a center with one of the two open roster spots, but the pickings are pretty slim.
Free agents that are available include Solomon Alabi, Chris Andersen, Tony Battie,Eddy Curry, Erick Dampier, Kyrylo Fesenko, Dan Gadzuric, Mickell Gladness,Jerome Jordan, Jamaal Magloire, Mikki Moore, Daniel Orton, Joel Przybilla, Hassan Whiteside, Darko Milicic and Jermaine O’Neal.
According to The Miami Herald, the Heat have not spoken with Milicic’s agent since their conversation last week.
The Heat can only offer veteran minimum contracts, so they may hold off on any signings until we get closer to training camp when some of the players listed above are sill looking for a job.
