The Miami Heat may have to do without banged-up guard Dwyane Wade for a while longer.Wade suffered an ankle sprain in Friday night’s loss to the Denver Nuggets and is considered questionable for the Heat’s next game Tuesday night against the visiting San Antonio Spurs.Wade went down after landing on the foot of Denver forward Al Harrington in the fourth quarter of the 117-104 defeat.X-rays came back negative, but Wade was in considerable pain even as the team left the Pepsi Center after the game.”It never hurt that bad before,” Wade said afterward. “It’s not broken so that is the positive … I’ve sprained my ankle plenty of times but I’ve never sprained it like that before.”Wade, who turns 30 on Tuesday, has already missed three games with a foot injury.”He’s got a lot of injuries going on right now,” teammate LeBron James said. “Hopefully he can take the next couple of days off his feet and will feel better by Tuesday.”Wade averages 19.6 points, 5.4 assists and 4.3 rebounds this season.
