The Hawks (37-29) have won three straight games and snapped a five-game road losing streak.
The Hawks moved a half-game ahead of the Bulls and Celtics for the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference.
(Al) Horford finished with 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Hawks. He has scored in double-figures in 25 consecutive games.
