New Orleans Hornets Coach Monty Williams said they signed forward Dominic McGuire Sunday because he brings much needed toughness that his team had been lacking defensively. McGuire, who was waived earlier this season by the Toronto Raptors, participated in pregame warmups before Sunday night’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. However, Williams wouldn’t say if he plans to play McGuire.
