After losing five of six games since returning from the All-Star break, the Hornets are expected to get some much needed help soon with the return of injured forward Carl Landry. Landry, who has been sidelined since Feb. 4 with a sprained left MCL, is expected to return next week, possibly as early as Monday night against the Charlotte Bobcats at the New Orleans Arena, Coach Monty Williams said.

“Every day I see him, he keeps saying it feels better,” Williams said. “He’s looking pretty good.”

Landry’s return cannot come soon enough, because the Hornets have been ravaged by injuries to their front court.
