The New Orleans Hornets announced Saturday they have signed unrestricted combo guard Roger Mason. He played for the Washington Wizards last season and averaged ed 5.5 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.
Mason, 31, also played for the Bulls, Spurs, Raptors and Wizards since coming out of Virginia in 2002. He has averaged 7.2 points per game for his career and has a 38.1 shooting percentage from 3-point range.

At the draft combine, a lot of NBA teams will ask a player to guess how many basketballs would fit in the room where the interview is held.
