The National Basketball Association has officially awarded the city of Houston the 2013 All-Star Game.NBA commissioner David Stern and Houston mayor Annise Parker made the announcement together on Wednesday.The game will be played Feb. 17 at Toyota Center.Houston last hosted the All-Star Game in 2006.

All I'm saying is that they'll pursue Dwight Howard this summer. They've shown interest very recently. For those saying the Nets can't do a sign-and-trade for Howard, they can as long as they're under apron amount after transaction's complete. The Atlanta Hawks will also pursue Dwight Howard. Their dream scenario is to sign Howard and Chris Paul. They can offer two max contracts. Nets can sign-and-trade for Howard if their under the apron amount after transaction is complete. That means they must dump salary in deal.
