If (Dwight) Howard wants to build his legacy as more than a great defender, he must dominate both facets of the game — whether that’s in Orlando or beyond.

He must be clear and focused about his future, but above all he must play well without the backdrop of excuses in poor management, injury or average teammates.

A true superstar will do one of two things: 1. Adjust and rise above the circumstances; or 2. Change the circumstances.
