James Anderson to Sign With Rockets?

League sources tell Yahoo! Sports that the Houston Rockets plan to sign guard James Anderson today. There has been no word on how the Rockets will clear a roster spot for Anderson, however, rookie point guard Scott Machado has a non-guaranteed contract.

Anderson was taken 20th overall in the 2010 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs after starring at Oklahoma State. He has averaged 3.7 points, 1.3 rebounds, .8 assists per game and averaging 11.3 minutes in his career.
