The Jazz waived point guard Chris Quinn and forward Darnell Jackson following their 97-91 win over the Blazers at EnergySolutions Arena, The Tribune confirmed, bringing their roster down to the league maximum 15 player.

Quinn, a former starter with the Miami Heat, averaged 1.8 points, 1 rebound and 1.4 assists during the exhibition season for the Jazz, while Jackson, averaged 1.7 points per game. Jackson gained some notoriety for the Jazz when he was ejected for “hostile acts” in the final seconds of the Jazz’s win over the Clippers in Salt Lake City.
