Don’t expect Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim and ESPN reporter Andy Katz to be sitting at the same lunch table any time soon.

The Orange coach, following a loss to rival UConn, called Katz an “idiot” and “really disloyal” and said he’ll answer “anybody’s question but [Katz's].”

Burrrn.

Why the outlash, you ask?

Per Peter Schrager by way of Larry Brown Sports, it’s because Katz went public with information regarding the suspension of Orange senior forward James Southerland that Boeheim believed to be off-the-record.

“There’s a few other things I could add, but I’m not gonna go there,” Boeheim added, robbing us of a more colorful video than this.

Still, check out the video below for the awkward stare and harsh words, but stay for the even-more-awkward silence afterwards. Props to the guy who finally asked another question. Deadlines are unfeeling monsters — they don’t care about drama; keep the presser moving.
