Kentucky maintains hold atop latest poll

Kentucky received 63 of the 65 first-place votes to remain atop the latest Associated Press college basketball poll, which was released on Monday.

The Wildcats are holding the top spot for the third straight week and fifth time this season.

Syracuse, which secured the other two first-place votes, stayed in second place.

Ohio State, Missouri, North Carolina and Baylor were slotted from third to sixth, respectively.

Kansas moved up one spot and Florida jumped four places as Duke fell three spots from seventh to 10th.
