Kentucky and Syracuse remained Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, for the fifth straight week in The Associated Press’ Top 25 poll.

The Wildcats received all but two of the first-place votes from the 65-member national media panel on Monday. The Orange collected those two votes.

Kansas jumped up to a season-high third place, followed by Duke, Michigan State and North Carolina.

Missouri dropped four spots to No. 7 after suffering a pair of losses last week.

Marquette, Baylor and Ohio State rounded out the Top 10.
