Knicks’ Chandler to Undergo MRI on Neck
Tyson Chandler, who has missed the past two games with a left knee contusion and neck strain, will have an MRI on his neck Tuesday morning in New York, league sources told ESPN The Magazine’s Chris Broussard. Chandler, arguably the Knicks’ MVP for his game-changing play on both ends of the floor, hadn’t missed a game all season until the team’s West Coast road trip.
Head coach Mike Woodson said that Chandler will likely undergo tests on his neck when the Knicks return home on Tuesday, according to reporters in Utah.
