Knicks F Stoudemire out 2-4 weeks

New York Knicks forward Amare Stoudemire is expected to be out two to four weeks because of a bulging disc in his lower back, the team announced Wednesday.Stoudemire will undergo non-surgical treatment and rehabilitation for the ailment. Treatment will include an epidural, which is an attempt to lessen the pain associated with the bulging disc.The Knicks are two games ahead of the Milwaukee Bucks for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.Stoudemire is averaging 17.6 points and 8.0 rebounds in his second season with New York..
