Kobe Bryant praises Mike D’Antoni on Facebook

Sometimes Kobe Bryant is too busy flying teammates to the doctor in his private helicopter to talk to the media. Fortunately, he posted his thoughts on the Lakers hire of Mike DAntoni on Facebook.
Here is the message in full:
It’s been a wild week to say the least.
I’m happy to have closure and can’t wait to get to work with Coach D’Antoni.. spacing, ball movement. And despite the chatter, I believe we will be phenomenal defensively. I’m looking forward to getting started with him and his staff this week.

Not a ton there, but here are three quick takeaways from the note:
1. Kobe seem happy with the hire, which is good. He even used the word “ball movement” which might even mean more than “ball movement toward me.”
2. Kobe hears you chattering, America. Just an FYI.
3. “Mamba out” is becoming — has become? — the best catchphrase in sports. There, I said it.
