Kobe, Khloe take issue with booing Odom
Kobe Bryant came to the defense of his former teammate on Wednesday.
After more than just a few boos were aimed in the direction of Lamar Odom from the crowd at Dallas’ American Airlines Center, Bryant reached his boiling point.
“That’s just stupidity,” Bryant told ESPN Dallas after the Lakers’ 109-93 victory over the Mavericks.
The crowd got on Odom even more after he bricked a free throw in the second quarter.
The response also inspired wife Khloe Kardashian to take to Twitter.
“Positive energy goes a long way. … This crowd needs to figure out who they are rooting for! Let’s go Mavs!!!!”
Odom finished the contest with one point and one rebound.
