(Andre) Iguodala is in London with Team USA, which plays Spain on Sunday for the Olympic gold medal.

(Stan) Kroenke is in London too. He has been at the Games, and as it turns out, making a major move to move up in the Western Conference.

“Honestly, it’s a big splash during the Olympics to acquire a player from our Olympic team,” Kroenke said by phone. “It’s a huge thing for us to do.

“And from what I’ve heard, Coach (Mike) Krzyzewski speaks very highly of him. He was instrumental to the 2010 world championships squad, and he was one of the guys they wanted to bring back to the Olympics because of his versatility.”

This fall, the versatility will be seen in powder blue.
