Lakers meet with 105-year-old fan

The Los Angeles Lakers are one of the most popular franchises in professional sports, with fans from five years old to 105. The team met with Allene Wynn of Pacoima, Calif., who turned 105 this week and celebrated her birthday during the Lakers’ 88-85 win over the New Orleans Hornets Saturday. She was able to talk with players outside the locker room before the game, including Kobe Bryant.”It just made me feel good all over to meet him in person. I’ve been wanting to meet him for years,” Wynn told ESPNLosAngeles.com. “I got to touch him. I shook hands with him and hugged him. I said, ‘Wait, let me hug you, baby.’”Wynn told reporters she watches every Los Angeles game on TV and has a wall dedicated to the team in her home.
