LeBron switches agent to childhood friend

Following a summer that included winning his first NBA title and his second Olympic gold, LeBron James is making a change.

The NBA MVP has parted ways with agent Leon Rose of Creative Artists Agency and will now be represented by Rich Paul, his longtime friend since childhood. Paul left Rose’s Creative Artists Agency to start his own company called, “Klutch Sports Management.”

Multiple outlets reported the change. The move was made official on Wednesday when James filed paperwork with the NBA Players’ Association.
