For the past two seasons, Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers was often on the receiving end of yells from higher-profile teammates when he played poorly. These days, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have been quiet when it comes to verbally scolding Chalmers.
“We haven’t been on his back,” James said. “He’s been playing well, so no need to be on him.”
