Lin Closing in on a Return to the Court?

After Wednesday’s practice at the New York Knicks’ training facility, point guard Jeremy Lin participated in a 3-on-3 full-court scrimmage as he continues to make progress after his April knee surgery.

Despite Lin taking contact and making some aggressive moves to the basket, Knicks coach Mike Woodson said Lin will not play in Game 3 Thursday night at Madison Square Garden. He’s not sure if Lin will play at all in the team’s first-round playoff series against the Miami Heat.
