Louisville G Marra out for season

Louisville guard Mike Marra is out for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in a win over Lamar on Sunday.Marra had to be helped off the court during the 68-48 rout after feeling a “pop” in his knee. The original diagnosis was a sprain, but an MRI conducted after the game revealed the ACL tear.Marra will need up to 12 months to recover.The guard averaged 6.4 points in just over 20 minutes per game with the Cardinals last season.
