Spurs’ Ginobili out with strained hamstring

San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili will be out up to two weeks with a strained left hamstring, he tweeted Monday.

“Just finished with the MRI. Grade 1 strained left hamstring. 10/14 days out. Will be back shortly. Thanks 4 ur support!!” Ginobili tweeted.

Ginobili was injured just before halftime in the Spurs’ 106-88 victory vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday.

Ginobili, in his 11th season, is averaging 12.9 points per game and helping to lead the Spurs to a 29-11 record.
