Manu Ginobili will play limited minutes for the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, head coach Gregg Popovich told reporters. The veteran guard missed the last nine games with a strained hamstring.
Ginobili has played in 59 games for the Spurs this season, averaging 11.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.4 steals a game in a sixth-man role.
The Spurs face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday in their final game of the regular season. At 58-23, they have clinched the second seed in the Western Conference for the NBA Playoffs, which begin Saturday.
