Former NBA star Stephon Marbury is changing teams in China.

According to Sina Sports, Marbury has agreed to a one-year contract with Beijing Shougang. The deal is worth anywhere from $100,000 per month to $1.4 million for the season, according to reports.

Marbury played for the Foshan Darlions last season, averaging 25.2 points, 5.7 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals. Playing in China helps Marbury advance his “Starbury” line of inexpensive sneakers.

Marbury played 13 seasons in the NBA with Minnesota, New Jersey, Phoenix, New York and Boston, making two All-Star teams and averaging 19.3 points and 7.6 assists. His last season was 2008-09.
