Morrison Clings to Hope of Playing Hoops

Adam Morrison made headlines during training camp when he said he might retire if he didn’t make the Portland Trail Blazers’ roster.

Yet it turns out that Morrison has not yet abandoned his hoops dreams after Portland released him as part of its final roster cuts.

Brad Ames of Priority Sports, which represents Morrison, told Sportando this week that the former No. 3 overall pick is indeed open to joining another team in Europe in hopes of jump-starting his career.
