NBA Power Rankings Week 12

1/21/13 – The Utah Jazz have jumped back into the top eight in the Western Conference standings. They also jump to 13 in the rankings as the remaining bubble teams in the West are falling apart. Meanwhile the Los Angeles Clippers host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night, which should provide clarity at the top spot.
