NBA Power Rankings – Week 14

1/31/11 – The San Antonio Spurs at 40-7 are an obvious number one but even off of their impressive win in Los Angeles, the Boston Celtics hold at number three.  It’s the Chicago Bulls who are the highest ranked Eastern Conference team by virtue of an extended period of high-level basketball.  The Bulls are within three games in the standings behind the Celtics and outside of the Spurs, top any other Western Conference foe . . . plus they get Joakim Noah back in a few weeks.  Meanwhile, Cleveland Cavaliers have been joined by Toronto Raptors with a combined 31 game losing streak!  The NBA, 14 weeks in . . .
