NBA Power Rankings – Week 15

2/7/11 – After the clear number one (San Antonio Spurs), there’s not much difference between the next handful of teams with the Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics, Miami HEAT and Chicago Bulls all playing at an elite level.  Not far behind are the Oklahoma City Thunder, Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Lakers, any of who could quickly jump to the top five with a strong week.  The same can be said at the bottom of the league where the Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Washington Wizards, Toronto Raptors, New Jersey Nets and Sacramento Kings are playing the same variation of awful.  Meanwhile the Cavs or Wizards will get a win this weekend in Cleveland in what will be an epic battle of the inept.  The NBA, 15 weeks in . . .
