NBA Power Rankings Week 19

3/11/213 – The Miami Heat have eclipsed the Los Angeles Clippers' early 17-game winning streak with 18 in a row.  LeBron James seems to be a lock for another regular season MVP.  Is there a team in the Eastern Conference that can stop Miami?  Meanwhile the top-eight teams in the East look set, although the order is still up in the air.  In the West, the Los Angeles Lakers have overtaken the Utah Jazz but the Dallas Mavericks and even Portland Trail Blazers haven't given up on securing a postseason bid.  The NBA, 19 weeks in:
